Millennium Home Systems has been providing professional services to both Home Builders and homeowners since 1976. Owner Kevin Fette grew up in the business, learning from his father, who originally founded the company. Since taking ownership of the company, Kevin has placed a strong emphasis on his family's core belief: that high quality work and fair and honest pricing will build long-term customer relationships.

Millennium's technicians take the extra time to design systems to meet the specific needs and demands of homeowners. They are often brought in to work with the architect to ensure that the home is built to the owner's specifications. They are equally comfortable designing, installing and servicing systems for existing homes.

In 1999 M&S Systems named Millennium a Master Dealer in recognition of their superior work. In addition, Millennium is one of only two M&S Systems' authorized warranty and repair organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
